Join Ryze Mobility — Build Ryze 1
We’re building a road-to-air VTOL platform for time-critical missions. If you like hard constraints, real prototypes, and engineering-first execution, we want to meet you.

The Vision
Ryze Mobility is developing the Ryze 1—a transformable, 2-seat VTOL platform that transitions from road to sky.
- Distributed electric propulsion (8 motors)
- Propulsion pathways evaluated based on mission constraints (near-term power margin and reserves may require hybridized architectures; battery-electric remains a primary pathway; hydrogen-based architectures are evaluated for longer-range missions)
- Autonomous flight envelope protection with AI-Based Dynamic Redundancy (AI BDR)
- Compact footprint: fits in a standard parking space on the ground
- Target performance is mission-driven and evolves as we validate assumptions through modeling, bench testing, and prototypes
We’re not trying to win a concept contest. We’re building a certifiable, defensible path to a real vehicle.
What We’re Building It For (Use Cases)
Ryze is focused on constrained, time-critical operations where reliability, dispatch speed, and controlled deployment matter.
- Emergency Medical / Emergency Response — minutes matter; hub-based operations; high value per sortie
- Aviation / Airport Operations — Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) urgent parts delivery; rapid specialist/technician movement in controlled environments
- Critical Infrastructure & Utilities — storm response, first-look inspections, downtime mitigation when road access is limited
